We ship your products in biodegradable packaging. We encourage you to reuse your beautiful glass jars in creative ways. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you don't love it send it back.

You may return any skincare item you aren't in love with for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Regrettably, we are unable to accept empty or nearly empty bottles for refund or exchange. 

Shipping Charges: We are dedicated to keeping your shipping costs as low as possible. We are delighted to offer a discounted shipping rate for standard U.S. orders on qualifying* purchases. We do ask that you be responsible for the return shipping costs unless it is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

*Flat rate or discounted shipping may not be available during large promotions, under certain price points, on heavy weight purchases or with certain coupon codes.

You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please remember to include your order number and details about the product you would like to return in the return box.

We do ship Internationally, with some exceptions. Customers are responsible to pay any duties and taxes that may apply to shipments outside of the United States. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Alaska & Hawaii: $10 -$18 Flat Rate (by weight)
Canada: $10 - $55 (by weight)
Mexico: $10 - $40 (by weight)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Only available for Canada, Mexico, and Australia at this time.
