Hi! My name is Jen. We are a preventative, holistic skin care brand called Iruoma
skin (eeh-roo-omah). The name Iruoma is of Igbo Nigerian origin meaning
“beautiful face” or “good future”. We are a preventative, holistic, skincare line
that offers cruelty free, vegan, clean products. I am a board certified medical
doctor (MD) and I started formulating skin care products because of my own
personal struggles with post partum/stress induced breakouts and
hyperpigmentation. After trying numerous skin care products (even prescription
options) I decided to formulate products on my own in the hopes of also helping
others and I haven't looked back since. As a physician, while it’s important to
treat the issue at hand, I believe that prevention is just as important when caring
for your skin. The earlier the better! The high quality ingredients in our products
are centered around this very principle. We believe in a holistic approach to
skincare and are influenced by k beauty, ayurvedic and traditional african skin
care ingredients. Lastly, as a busy mom, wife, physician, and entrepreneur, it is
important to me that skincare routines are easy and multifunctional. Whether
aiming for better skin or just maintaining your unique glow, our "tribe" of
